Home Repair Technician
Integrity Roofing and Exteriors is a home improvement company who believes in putting the customer experience above all else. The difference here is our people. What You Will Be Doing:
- Residential roofing repair
- Siding repair
- Light general carpentry
- Supervising installation teams on roofing projects and coordinating miscellaneous trades to be performed
- Overseeing the conclusion of each project and completing final inspections on all building trades
- Answering questions from homeowners and sales reps
- Act as a liaison between property owner, salesman and production manager.
- Be present at time of production to monitor the progress and quality of work being performed to homeowner’s satisfaction and per scope of work.
- All while providing amazing customer service.
- Inventory control
Qualifications:
What You Bring to the table
3+ years experience of Roofing, Siding, Carpentry install experience is preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right inexperienced candidate.
This position requires skill in all types of home repairs of residential / commercial roofing, siding, and carpentry with an emphasis on:

- Leak detection and resolution
- Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Offer solutions and deliver only the best customer service experience
- Self-motivation and a desire to get the job done correctly
- Candidate will also communicate with customers on specifications and troubleshooting any issues to make sure the project is completed correctly while delivering only the best customer service experience.

Individuals we select receive training on basic construction, customer service, insurance and storm damage knowledge they need in order to assist homeowners through their insurance claims, so prior experience is not necessary.
