KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Creative Multimedia Specialist will receive assignments with varying levels of direction; and develop and – once approved – execute a plan for project completion. You will produce both short and long form multimedia content for all company communication channels. You will apply best practices to the development of static and interactive elements (graphics, photos, videos, podcasts, animations, etc.), while maintaining the Integrity brand standard. You will be responsible for sourcing footage, music, photos, and graphics packages from third-party and/or in-house libraries to enhance the production value of your work. You will work to support the Human Resources, Recruiting, Business Systems, Training, Integrity Cares and Project Management teams as needed through the development of photo and video assets.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

The Creative Multimedia Specialist will be tasked with improving the systems and processes used to deliver information to employees across the business, keeping an emphasis on using visual mediums. Your work will help refine the aesthetic and messaging surrounding our internal brand to appropriately showcase the scale of the business and the success of our employees. You will be active in owning the narrative and telling the company story through multimedia in a way that encourages employee growth and promotes our company core values.

MINIMUM ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency working in the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • 3+ years’ experience creating photo and video content professionally
  • Ability to showcase a portfolio of past multimedia work
  • Ability to operate a variety of camera equipment including lighting, recorders, 3-axis gimbals, and drones.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
  • Desire to understand and embrace Integrity’s culture and values
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Be service and quality oriented with attention to detail
  • Experience in podcast creation and editing helpful
