Welcome to Integrity’s Selection process we appreciate your interest in wanting to join our team!
This contains all the information to get you started on your journey. We call it that because we have a detailed process, we follow during our selection process that is lengthy, but we feel necessary to ensure that each candidate is a good long-term fit for our work family as well as we are good long term fit for theirs. We don’t deviate from the process it works so we ask candidates not to deviate from it as well. We have found that candidates that can’t follow instructions end up being employees that can’t follow instructions so don’t shoot yourself in the foot.
Example of things not to do during the selection process:
There is no need to call in order to follow up on applications. They are all kept on file.
No need to call and ask if we are currently hiring, we are always recruiting for the future.
No need ask to speak with someone about a position. You will be called if we feel that you are the best fit for an opening on the team.
Step 1: fill out the on-line application. Once you have filled out the application you will see a place to move on to step 2.
Step 2: upload a 25 second video from your phone. This is where you introduce yourself and tell us why you are a good fit. Do not skip this process. If this process is skipped your application will not be processed.
What Next? Sit back and relax you have done all you were asked to do. Great Job!!!!
Step 3: If we like what we see and have an opening that we think may be a fit for then we will be in touch! We will call to set up a 45-minute phone interview to get to know you a little better.
Step 4: If we think think it makes sense and the timing is right, we take the next step and bring you in for a team interview and some testing. Sounds a lot like school again, huh? We promise it’s way more fun.
Step 5: We schedule an informal interview at a nice restaurant with you and your significant other. This is where it starts to get serious and we ask your spouse if you have been telling us the truth. Note: you will need to be on your best behavior
