Our Story & how it all began

Most solutions and innovation are born out of problems and adversity. Integrity Roofing & Exteriors was no different. With a desire to bridge the gap between poor customer service and an amazing customer experience coupled with honoring your word, Integrity was born.

At Integrity, what has made us different from the beginning is our people. Our honorable craftsmen and professionals are dedicated to serving our customers like ladies and gentlemen.

Community Involvement & Giving Back

We are more than just a roofing company; we are a part of the community. We love serving our customers by helping them protect what matters most and creating a stress-free customer experience at the same time. Installing roofing systems gives us the opportunity to give back so that we may do our small part in making the world a better place.

When our customers make an investment to protect their family and home through Integrity it not only benefits them, it also helps others. When you buy a roof, you also help change a life. Through Integrity Cares, the charitable arm of our company, we continually dedicate a portion of our profits to outreaches that benefit people in the communities we serve through Integrity Roofing, as well as other parts of the world. Here are a few of the outreaches we’re involved with…

We love supporting our veterans and those actively serving in the military by partnering with organizations like Operation Honor Guard, Roofs for Troops, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, Wounded Warriors, and Veterans on Parade.

When disasters such as tornadoes or other storms hit close to home, we get involved by providing requested material items and meals for those affected.

Overseas, we support efforts like World Vision, a humanitarian organization that helps children and families facing abject poverty and injustice, and Charity Water, an outreach that provides clean, safe water to people who lack basic access to it.

Locally, we provide turkeys to those in need during the holiday season and support local youth athletic initiatives and food kitchens. We also provide American flags to schools for their classrooms as well as every home where we install a roof. In addition, we support daily sponsorship of the pledge of allegiance on WPSD television station in Paducah, Kentucky.

These are just a few examples of what our customers help us accomplish, and we’re always looking for more ways to use our time, talent, and treasure to make a difference.
