What You Will Do:
Deliver interactive sales presentations about products and services to decision-makers
Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching camps on a weekly basis
Have team building and mentorship experiences
Strategic market share development
Use technology provided to create estimates and scope of loss or inspection reports
Act as a liaison between property owners, production managers, and insurance companies
Be present at the time of production to monitor the progress and quality of work being performed to ensure homeowner’s satisfaction
Qualifications:
igh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience working with insurance and construction is not required. We’re looking for people with a desire to learn. We’ll provide you with all the training and tools you will need for success!
Self-starter who can work independently or with a team
Friendly personality and effective communication are a must
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
A drive to be successful
Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
Naturally outgoing and articulate person who thrives in social settings
Valid driver’s license
2+ years of successful sales or customer service experience preferred
Military or first responder service is a plus
Servant-leader mindset
Team-player oriented
Mobile app & basic computer skills
Other Requirements:
Work some evening hours based on customers’ needs
Ability to carry, set up, and climb a ladder
Ability to walk on all types of roofs.
Develop and maintain relationships with current and new customers.
Manage appointments with potential clients with professionalism and punctuality
Follow Integrity’s sales process for roof replacement and repair appointments while gaining a clear understanding of customers’ needs and requirements
Be willing to undergo and pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
Salary and Benefits:
