What You Will Be Do:
Residential & Commercial roofing repair
Siding repair
Light general carpentry
Answer questions from homeowners and sales reps
Act as a liaison between property owner, project consultant, and production manager
Inspect problem roofs, gutters, and fascia to determine the best repair procedures.
Estimate materials and labor required to complete roofing jobs
Be on-call for after-hours emergency calls, if on the rotation for this
Look for other necessary repairs, such as gutters.
Communicate with customers regarding specifications and troubleshoot any issues to make sure the project is completed correctly while delivering only the best customer service experience
Follow all safety procedures.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Pass a background check
6+ months of industry experience preferred but not required (We will train you!)
Military or first responder service a plus
Servant-leader mindset
Team-player oriented
Have basic math skills
Be willing to undergo and pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
This position requires skill in all types of home repairs of residential / commercial roofing, siding, and carpentry with an emphasis on:
Leak detection and resolution
Team player oriented
Ability to troubleshoot problems
Offer solutions and deliver only the best customer service experience
Self-motivation and a desire to get the job done correctly
