What You Will Do:
Manage and maintain financial records in QuickBooks Online.
Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.
Accurately enter financial data into QuickBooks.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
Support financial reporting and audit preparations.
Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.
Assist with other accounting tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Experience with data entry and account reconciliation.
Experience working with US clients is preferred.
AP/AR experience is appreciated.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
